~ These guys are always having fun ~
Try to find some live video footage of the Avett Brothers on stage and there are smiles everywhere. There’s no way these guys aren’t having a good time when they’re playing live. it might not be your favorite kind of music, but it’s fun and infectious and the band are clearly having the time of their lives.
This one isn’t up there with Queen’s “We Will Rock You” for audience participation, but it is close. It’s easy to clap and stomp along and it’s not a hard set of lyrics to sing. It’s a perfect live tune, and you’re having just as much fun as everyone else when they start this one
